Little Saigon Kindergarten is rooted in a dream – a dream of nurturing environments for children, where every child is loved, treated justly, happy, and nurtured holistically, similar to children in international schools worldwide.
The opening of our first school in early 2016 at Xuân Thuỷ, Thảo Điền marked our initial step, a step taken with unwavering determination for each phase. Although the first school might not have been strongly promoted or connected with parents, every member took pride in the genuine happiness that children experienced, fueled by the dedication of each individual. Indeed, a dream nursery school turned into reality.
Aligned with the Reggio Emilia educational philosophy, we found the perfect fusion of love, respect, and freedom to aid children in reaching their maximum potential. We believe that each child possesses unique potential, and our nursery schools will help them develop and harness that potential to the fullest extent.
However, constructing such nursery schools has not been an easy journey. Numerous difficulties and challenges have emerged over the years due to prolonged pandemics, disruptions in training from international and domestic organizations, and specific hardships faced by children and parents. Nevertheless, everything eventually returned more complete and improved than before. We hold steadfast in our belief that with effort, dedication, and devotion to our work, we will overcome every challenge to realize our dreams. The unwavering cooperation and absolute trust of parents for Little Saigon Kindergarten, during the past and upcoming times, are irreplaceable.
